This release contains useful changes and security updates. When upgrading from version 5+ it is recommended to use the SM SQL TOOLS utility to resolve the incompatibility. Built-in Help Desk accounts are now always disabled and cannot be enabled. It is also recommended to use templates with tpl extension. Some of the older plugins are no longer supported (read more here). Recommended PHP Version 7.4+
